Surgery for a Second Branchial Cleft Cyst produced a positive biopsy for Squamous Cell Carcinoma of a Lymph Node with an Occult Primary. Prognosis 5-10 mo. avg. mean survival. < 25%-1 yr., < 5%-5 yr. survival. I refused radiation as recommended. Tumor/cyst was as larger than a lemon. Primary tumor site was never established. Alive and well today. Navarro urine test produces 52-54. This is in the positive range.
