I had an MRI which revealed a right adrenal tumor extending into the inferior vena cava. I also have mixed connective tissue disease (autoimmune). This adrenal mass was discovered last year, but has grown. I saw a surgeon today and he feels it is cancer and wants to perform surgery. I have severe pain under my right ribs radiating to my back.

I plan to consult with an oncologist ASAP.
